At our family farm in Kiganjo, Kenya, every batch of coffee beans has its own unique flavor, but one thing stays the same—our commitment to top-notch quality. Whether you're sipping a bold roast or something sweet and fruity, all our beans share an impressive track record.
Across the board, our beans deliver:
Aroma: 8.1 – vibrant and welcoming.
Flavor: 8.5 – from dark chocolate richness to the juicy sweetness of black grape and plum.
Body: 8.7 – a full, satisfying sip every time.
Acidity: 7.9 – balanced, for that smooth, clean finish.
Clean Cup: 9.0 – clarity in every flavor, no bitterness, just pure, delicious coffee.
But it's not just about the numbers—it's about the journey. Our beans are hand-picked, ensuring only the ripest cherries make the cut. No machines here, just careful hands that leave the delicate cherries undamaged. From there, the cherries are washed and sorted, with the smaller beans set aside so only the larger, more flavorful beans continue.
Next, the beans are naturally sun-dried, with no fancy equipment—just Mother Nature’s warm, CO2-neutral sun, making the process as sustainable as it is effective. Once dried, they're hand-sorted again, ensuring only the best beans make it through to roasting, improving the overall quality even further.
