Well… to be honest one of our primary reasons is based on personal aspirations. A quick fun fact, the tribe that James and Ian are a part of is well known for their entrepreneurship and it runs deep with us.

For some time we have both been looking into various business opportunities and after a beer or…. okay, it was several at wedding arrangement we realized that we both had ideas on how we could bring our family and local coffee and tea to the US and Denmark.

Knowing firsthand, how hard people work, the value they add, and how little they are compensated we truly want to change this dynamic and make it fair for the farms and workers.

Currently, it’s only fair for consumers, big operations, and middlemen.

We want to connect directly with you as a person and consumer and ensure we can increase the compensations for farmers, and workers and give back to the coffee and tea community that has given the world so much.

We want to prioritize great coffee and the well-being of our farmers and workers. By taking control of the entire production process, we commit to fair and respectful treatment at every stage.​
